Terms of Service
Welcome to WP Automation Lab (accessible via https://wpautomationlab.com). By utilizing, purchasing, downloading, or integrating any custom software artifacts, licensing frameworks, or technical documentation packages from this platform, you agree to comply with and be explicitly bound by the following structural terms, conditions, and operational parameters.
This installation node is a wholly owned subsidiary operation managed securely under the corporate governance models and compliance frameworks of Richard Lee Garcia Groups, LLC. Throughout these parameters, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “The Lab” point directly to this parent institutional holding group structure.
1. Software Artifact Licensing & Usage Rights
Unless explicitly outlined otherwise in specialized enterprise execution agreements, The Lab distributes all software artifacts, custom WordPress plugins, and core automation frameworks under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. However, source code access, automated update synchronization channels, and remote REST API verification handshakes are strictly tied to a valid, active purchase license profile.
- License verification keys are issued exclusively for internal site management operations and are non-transferable.
- Reverse-engineering, redistribution of private license tokens, or hosting unauthenticated download matrices to bypass secure nodes is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of these security parameters will trigger immediate session cancellation and permanent license suspension without liability.
2. System Operational Disclaimer & Liability Thresholds
Every utility package provided by WP Automation Lab is engineered to maximize performance metrics and operate asynchronously to mitigate system overhead stress. However, we provide all assets on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We offer no guarantees that localized host environment allocations, specific server configuration adjustments, or restrictive third-party system components will not interfere with execution loops.
In no event shall Richard Lee Garcia Groups, LLC, its operational units, partners, or developers be held liable for any data loss, database table locks, server path permission changes, or indexing ranking modifications resulting from the application or misconfiguration of our software plugins.
3. Digital Asset Delivery & Refund Protocol
Because our software packages contain digital, instantly downloadable source-code files, all asset acquisition choices run as final transactions. Refund requests are evaluated strictly on an infrastructure-malfunction baseline:
- Refund requests must prove that an option package failed to run on a server that safely fulfills all documented System Action Requirements Hooks (e.g., PHP 8.1+ baseline execution profiles, 128MB memory boundaries).
- Technical verification logs, core database error summaries, or system debug records must accompany any cancellation claim file to confirm a system mismatch exists.
4. Telemetry Channels & Network Auditing
By executing secure update tracking lines or communicating with our verification APIs, you consent to the processing of lightweight, non-identifying environment variables. These pipelines transmit current software versions, post IDs, and system status strings to safely confirm compliance patterns. We handle all telemetry metrics confidentially under our strict internal privacy guidelines.
5. Governing Law and Contract Amendments
These terms, together with any downstream software installation tokens, shall be governed, tracked, and interpreted in full compliance with the state registration guidelines of Richard Lee Garcia Groups, LLC’s primary business structure. We retain full administrative rights to alter, modify, or rewrite these system rules at any checkpoint window without prior written notice.
Engineered and maintained under the absolute security parameters, compliance frameworks, and architectural design standards of Richard Lee Garcia Groups, LLC.
